Our beach hut management services include:
Key holding service
You provide us with a spare set of keys which we store securely and anonymously (your hut number will not be on the keys).
We can then grant access on your behalf (with your prior authorisation) to tradespeople for repairs/quotes, council officials, visiting friends/family, or cleaners.
We also conduct monthly inspections, providing photo & video updates for beach hut owners. We will clean back any mildew to keep it at bay in the off-season. This also allows light and fresh air to reach the huts once a month, meaning that it will be ready to be enjoyed when you return to your beach hut in the good weather.
Regular patrols & beach hut checkups
Regular visual inspections of your beach hut to check for signs of damage (weather, vandalism), security issues (doors, windows), and general condition. We report back to you with updates and photos.
We can tailor the frequency to your needs – common options include weekly, fortnightly, or monthly checks, particularly during the off-season or periods of bad weather.
£7.50 per month
No annual contract.
Can be paused / cancelled any time.

At Sussex Beach Hut Services, we're here to help beach hut owners across the Sussex coastline.
Based in Shoreham-by-Sea, we mainly service beach huts between Goring - Worthing - Lancing - Widewater - Shoreham - Southwick - Hove.
However we will travel further in West Sussex for new beach hut builds in Sussex.
