Our beach hut management services include:

Key holding service
You provide us with a spare set of keys which we store securely. We can then grant access on your behalf (with your prior authorisation) to tradespeople for repairs/quotes, council officials, visiting friends/family, or cleaners.

Regular patrols & beach hut checkups
Regular visual inspections of your beach hut to check for signs of damage (weather, vandalism), security issues (doors, windows), and general condition. We report back to you with updates and photos. 

We can tailor the frequency to your needs – common options include weekly, fortnightly, or monthly checks, particularly during the off-season or periods of bad weather.
